💳 Payment

The Payment page is where you manage your payment methods and view any account credits or pending charges. To access it, tap Payment in the main navigation.

This section lists all payment methods on file for your account. Each entry shows the card type and last four digits, along with a badge indicating which method is your default.

1. From the "Payment" tab, tap Add payment method.

2. If your farm accepts more than one payment type, choose Card, Bank Account (ACH), or Cash/Check.

3. Enter your details and tap Save.

A few things to know:

• Cards are charged at your weekly cutoff.

• Bank account (ACH) payments process electronically and settle over the next few days.

• Cash/check means you'll pay your farm directly, and they'll mark your invoice paid once they receive it.

• If you have any recent past due invoices, Farmhand will automatically attempt to pay them with your newly added method.

Find the method you want to use, tap Set default next to it, and the default badge will move to your selection.

Tap the delete icon next to the method, then confirm the removal in the dialog that appears.

Note: You cannot delete your default payment method if it's your only one. Add a new method first, then remove the old one.

If your farm has issued you credit — as a refund, a promotional offer, or a goodwill gesture — it appears in the "Payment" tab.

If you're a member at more than one farm, the Credit balance table shows exactly how much credit you have at each farm.

Remaining balances are automatically applied to your next invoice — no action needed on your part.

This section only appears if you have credits on your account.

This section shows upcoming charges that haven't been billed yet. Each entry shows the farm name, a description, the amount, and the date created. These charges will be added to your next invoice automatically.

This section only appears if you have pending charges.
