Payment
The Payment page is where you manage your payment methods and view any account credits or pending charges. To access it, tap Payment in the main navigation.
Payment Methods
This section lists all payment methods on file for your account. Each entry shows the card type and last four digits, along with a badge indicating which method is your default.
Adding a Payment Method
Tap Add payment method.
Enter your card details in the form that appears.
Tap Save to confirm.
Your new card will be set as your default payment method. If you have any recent past due invoices, Farmhand will automatically attempt to pay them with your newly added card.
Setting a Default Payment Method
If you have multiple payment methods, you can choose which one is used for future charges.
1. Find the card you'd like to use as your default.
2. Tap Set default next to it.
The default badge will move to your selected method.
Removing a Payment Method
Tap the delete icon next to the card you want to remove.
Confirm the removal in the dialog that appears.
Note: You cannot delete your default payment method if it's your only one. Add a new method first, then remove the old one.
Account Credits
If your farm has issued any credits to your account (refunds, promotional offers, etc.), they appear here. Each credit shows the farm name, description, original amount, remaining balance, and the date it was created.
Remaining balances are automatically applied to your next invoice — no action needed on your part.
Note: This section only appears if you have credits on your account.
Pending Charges
If there are any upcoming charges that haven't been billed yet, they'll appear in this section. Each entry shows the farm name, a description of the charge, the amount, and the date it was created.
These charges will be added to your next invoice automatically.
