⏭️ Skip an Order

If your farm allows skips, you have a few options!

Either:

• Reply "skip" to the text or email alert Farmhand sends you (you must reply before your weekly order cutoff), or

• Go to the Orders tab of your dashboard, click into the order details for your upcoming order, and under Actions, click Skip this order.

If your farm has this turned on, you can move a box to a later delivery — miss one week, get two boxes on another.

1. Start a skip as above, then choose Double up instead.

2. Pick which future delivery should get the extra box. Your next delivery is selected by default, but you can choose any eligible date on your schedule.

3. Confirm. Your confirmation will name the exact date the second box arrives.

Double up and Skip are both available only on an upcoming order (before the order cutoff). Not seeing the option? Message Farmhand — your farm may not have it enabled yet.

You don't have to skip the whole box. If you have add-ons on an order, you can skip an individual add-on and keep everything else.

Go to the order details for your upcoming order and skip the add-on item directly.

Note: skipping your main share also skips the add-ons attached to it. Message Farmhand for assistance.

Changed your mind? Text "un-skip" to Farmhand, or head back to the order details page and click Un-skip this order.

Just be sure to skip or un-skip before your weekly order cutoff to avoid a charge.
