🛒 Shop Add-Ons

If your farm offers add-ons through the shop, you can easily add extras to your weekly order in a few ways:

• Through the Shop add-ons button from the Orders tab of your Farmhand dashboard

• By clicking the link texted or emailed to you in your weekly alerts

• Through the Shop add-ons button on the Order Details page

Browse items, select the amount you'd like to add to your order, then click Add to cart:

If you're done shopping, click "add to order," or keep shopping to continue adding items.

Once your add-ons are saved, Farmhand emails you a confirmation — subject line Add-ons confirmed! — that includes:

• Every item on your order, listed the same way you see it on your order details page: your subscription boxes first, then any retail add-ons, each with its quantity

• Your fulfillment date

• Your cutoff date and time, so you know exactly how long you have to keep making changes

• A View order details link to jump straight back to your order

You'll get this confirmation whether you made the change yourself or your farm made it for you. If you make several quick edits in a row, you'll get one email covering them rather than one per change.

Add-ons appear on your order details page, where you can add or remove items right up until your weekly cutoff. Your confirmation email tells you exactly when that is.

Once the cutoff passes, your add-ons are automatically billed to your default payment method on file.
