Pause or Cancel Your Subscription

Easily manage existing subscriptions - and add new ones! - from the "Subscriptions" tab in your Farmhand dashboard. Click the "✏️ Edit" button on an existing subscription to make changes.

If your farm allows you to pause a subscription / place a hold, you will be redirected to the Holds tab in your account, where you can place an extended hold on upcoming orders.

While we'd hate to see you go, you can cancel any time by clicking the "cancel" button under the "Edit" dropdown from your your subscriptions tab.

1. Click the Subscriptions tab on the lefthand side of your dashboard screen

2. Click the "✏️ Edit" button next to the plan you'd like to cancel

3. Click "🚫 Cancel subscription"

   

4. Click "Confirm cancellation"
   
   Please note: This will only cancel the subscription that you're editing, so you'll need to complete this action on every active subscription if you'd like to fully cancel your membership with the farm.
