🧾 Invoices & Order Receipts

Past orders and billing receipts can be found in the "Invoices" tab of your Farmhand dashboard. Click into any invoice for a full itemized breakdown and receipt.

Farmhand notifies you the moment each invoice is finalized — no matter how you pay. If you pay by cash, check, or bank transfer, you get the same notification card payers do.

It depends on the payment method on file:

• Card — charged automatically at your farm's weekly billing cutoff.

• Bank account (ACH) — the transfer kicks off automatically and settles over the next few days, so your invoice may show as pending for a short while.

• Cash or check — you pay your farm directly, and they'll mark your invoice paid once they've received it. Until then it stays open on your account, which is normal.

💵 Credits and pending charges

• Any account credit you have is applied to your next invoice automatically

• Any pending charges are added to your next invoice automatically.

You can see both on your Payment page before they land on an invoice.

If you have a recent past due invoice, adding a new payment method will prompt Farmhand to automatically attempt payment on it — so updating your card is usually all it takes to clear it.
