How Customizable Boxes Work

⏭️ Auto-Skip/Default Box
Depending on your farm's setup, if you don’t build your box by the order cutoff, you'll be enrolled in the default farmers' choice box, or your order will be auto-skipped for that week. If your box is auto-skipped, your credit stays on your account and rolls forward to future orders.

💵 Tracking Your Credit
At the cutoff, your order total is automatically deducted from your credit balance. You can check your remaining balance anytime under your plan in the Subscriptions tab, or from the Payment tab.

🔁 Renewals
If your order total is more than your remaining credit, a renewal will automatically process at the cutoff. You’ll be renewed into the same plan you chose at signup, and your new payment will add credit to your account for upcoming orders.

1. Go to your Orders tab → click Build Your Box.

   

2. Add items until you reach the order minimum (watch the progress bar).

   

3. Once you hit the order minimum, the Add to Order button unlocks.

   

4. Click Add to Order to confirm.
   You’ll see your cart items, an invoice, and any pickup/delivery fees (if they apply). You’ll also see how long you have to make changes.
   

   

5. Edit Anytime (before cutoff)
   You can edit your order before the cutoff. If your edits drop your order below the minimum, a notification will appear to let you know you need to add more before you can save.
